Patrick discovered “The Machine” when he was just 13 years old. Holger Rune left his home country Denmark to join Champ’seed at the Mouratoglou Academy in 2016. In 2022, he made a name for himself on tour by winning his first ATP title in Munich. He then reached the quarter-final of Roland Garros and hit his career-high singles ranking, No. 26. As of October 2022, Patrick joined Holger’s team. Shortly after, Rune won his maiden Paris Masters Title, defeating Novak Djokovic in the final, becoming the youngest winner of the Paris tournament since 18-year-old Boris Becker in 1986. Holger broke into the top 10 at the end of 2022, becoming the first Danish man to enter the Top 10 in the open era. Holger is known for his incredible work ethic, and his passion for the game is like an inner fire.
