TENNIS LESSONS
Work on your game in a format that suits you: private lessons, semi-private lessons for two or group lessons for up to four players. Focused coaching connects technique with the situations you meet during rallies and points.

Tennis becomes part of your week when you find a format you enjoy returning to. Adult programs at Mouratoglou Tennis Center Westchester bring together coached practice, active group sessions and league competition. Work on the details of your game in clinics, add movement through Cardio Tennis or test your decisions in singles and doubles. The range of formats lets you build a routine around your experience and the way you want to play.

Use coached practice to turn familiar challenges into things you can work on. Drill clinics connect stroke production with positioning, footwork and tactical choices. Open drills provide a shared practice environment, while closed drills offer a smaller group for focused work. Both formats help you bring a clearer intention to rallies and point construction.
Open Drill Clinics accommodate up to six players per court and develop strokes, movement and strategic understanding through coached group practice.
Closed Drill Clinics have a maximum of four players per court and focus on technique, court positioning and building points in a smaller-group setting.

A complete game asks different questions in different parts of the court. All-Court Clinics offer sessions organized around experience levels and specific areas of play, such as consistency, the net game and serve-and-return situations. Working on those situations helps you connect a stroke with the choices that come before and after it. Ask the team which current clinic themes and groups fit your game.

Bring movement and ball contact together in a lively group setting. Cardio Tennis combines tennis activities, conditioning and gameplay, creating a session with a strong physical rhythm. Beginner Cardio Tennis offers a starting point for players looking for an active introduction to the format. The team can explain the current sessions and help you choose one appropriate to your tennis experience.

Give your practice a regular competitive outlet through club singles and doubles leagues. The adult offer includes co-ed singles, women’s doubles and men’s doubles, with groups organized around playing levels. League tennis adds the challenge of reading an opponent, choosing a plan and adapting as a match develops. Membership priority and available places affect entry, so contact the team to discuss the appropriate league and registration conditions.
The center brings adult practice and competition into a six-court tennis facility with four Har-Tru clay courts and two indoor hard courts. Summer outdoor clay play changes to a seasonal enclosure in winter, giving the club a tennis setting through the year. Fitness and weight areas, an aquatics center and spa services add options within the wider club. A café offers somewhere to spend time around your session.

Adult progress often starts with understanding a pattern in your own game. The Mouratoglou methodology connects that observation with technical, tactical, physical and mental work, following the coaching philosophy of Patrick Mouratoglou. A player’s experience and goals guide the approach, whether the aim is a more reliable rally or a clearer plan during a match. That individual perspective helps coached practice relate to the tennis you actually play.
