What the Mouratoglou deferment/cancellation insurance includes
The Mouratoglou Academy’s postponement/cancellation insurance enables you to secure your booking in the event of unforeseen circumstances, while retaining a high degree of flexibility.
It has been designed to meet the needs of families and players who want to book without taking risks.
By taking out postponement/cancellation insurance (7% of the total cost of your holiday), you benefit from the following guarantees:
- Cancellation possible up to 72 hours before arrival
- 100% refund of the cost of your stay (excluding the cost of insurance)
- No justification required
- Possibility of postponing your stay
This insurance means you can book with confidence, even if you’re not sure.
When is
insurance useful?
Postponement/Cancellation insurance allows you to book with complete peace of mind by covering any unforeseen circumstances that may arise prior to the event. In particular, it covers :
- Injury, illness or any unavailability of the player
- Last-minuteschool, exam or work commitments
- Transport or travel problems (delays, strikes, logistical impediments)
- Unexpectedpersonal or familyevents
With this insurance, you benefit from a high degree of flexibility: you will not be asked for any proof of postponement or cancellation, so you can act simply and quickly, without any administrative constraints.
THE CONDITIONS OF OUR POSTPONEMENT/CANCELLATION INSURANCE
Subscription conditions
- The insurance represents 7% of the total amount of the stay
- It is offered at the time of booking
- It is available up to 24 hours after confirmation of the camp
- It cannot be added after this time
Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival
- Full refund (excluding insurance)
- After this period, the general terms and conditions of sale apply.

L’assurance report/annulation représente 7 % du montant total du séjour. Elle vous permet d’annuler jusqu’à 72 heures avant votre arrivée et d’être remboursé à 100 % du séjour, hors coût de l’assurance, sans aucun justificatif à fournir. Elle ouvre également la possibilité de reporter votre séjour.

L’assurance est proposée au moment de la réservation et reste disponible jusqu’à 24 heures après la confirmation de votre stage. Passé ce délai, elle ne peut plus être ajoutée à votre dossier.

Oui, selon les disponibilités et les conditions applicables à votre réservation. Si vous avez souscrit l’assurance report/annulation, le report est possible jusqu’à 72 heures avant l’arrivée, sans justificatif.

Une blessure, une maladie ou toute indisponibilité du joueur font partie des situations couvertes par l’assurance report/annulation, sans justificatif à fournir. Si vous n’avez pas souscrit l’assurance, nos équipes étudient avec vous la solution la plus adaptée en fonction de votre situation et des conditions de votre réservation.
