Gaining a place at an American or European university through the Mouratoglou Academy’s university internship programme is a fantastic opportunity for young tennis talents.
This programme enables student-athletes to continue their studies whilst honing their skills in their sport, thereby paving the way for professional or academic careers.

At the Mouratoglou Academy, the health and safety of student-athletes is a priority. Every student has exclusive access to a team of healthcare professionals specialising in supporting elite athletes. This medical care, which is essential for performance and injury prevention, forms an integral part of the programme.
Comprehensive medical care throughout the year
Students can consult a team of qualified specialists, including:
Sports doctors for general check-ups and performance management.
Specialist physiotherapists for muscle strengthening, recovery and injury prevention.
Osteopaths to help maintain the body’s balance and treat muscle tension.
To be admitted to our Tennis-Study programme, candidates must pass a series of compulsory selection tests, which take place over the course of a week at the Mouratoglou Academy:
• Tennis tests
• Fitness tests
• Academic tests
• Medical examination
• Interview with the student
• Meeting with the parents
Yes, coaches enter pupils in regional tournaments suited to their level and sporting schedule. They accompany the players to the tournaments, coach them during the matches, and then draw up a detailed report to analyse their performances and identify areas for improvement.
There is a system in place to help pupils catch up on lessons they have missed. Teachers and learning support staff work with them to ensure they catch up, particularly through personalised support sessions and access to online lessons.
It depends on their age and level, but on average, pupils take part in 15 to 20 tournaments a year, both in France and abroad.
The programme involves between 10 and 15 hours of training per week, tailored to the player’s age and ability.
Each coach is responsible for four players, which enables them to offer personalised support and pay particular attention to their specific needs.
Training sessions usually involve four players per pitch.
We offer a French private school (open enrolment) and an American programme (High School Diploma).
Each day is divided between sport and studies:
• 4 hours 30 minutes of sports training (tennis and fitness), spread across the morning and afternoon.
• 4 hours 30 minutes of lessons, tailored to the chosen programme (French or American).
We offer double and triple rooms, with or without a balcony and with or without a view.
Admissions are based on sporting ability, academic results and an assessment carried out during the selection week (Academic Test).
