RESPONSIBILITIES
& MISSIONS
- Train both on and off the court, always respecting the Mouratoglou methodology and philosophy.
- Train according to the standards set by Patrick Mouratoglou and constantly maintain the training methodology.
- Develop the client’s tennis skills: the candidate must demonstrate a great ability to adapt to clients and situations, and to sense, analyse and act accordingly.
- Provide individual coaching sessions, both private and group, with regular and relevant feedback.
- Establish strong and lasting relationships with each player.
- Organise and support events and facilities.
- Be an active member of the Mouratoglou organisation and promote its values.
QUALIFICATIONS
& SKILLS
- Tennis coaching certificate
- Proven experience in coaching tennis at various levels
- Current level of competition in tennis, ideally with good sporting results (national ranking, ITF, ATP)
- Passion and willingness to learn
- Ability to build strong and lasting relationships, with a strong commercial understanding and sales skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening)
- Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
