The opening of the first Mouratoglou Academy in Florida marks a significant milestone in the international expansion of the Mouratoglou ecosystem and reinforces the group's position as a leader in tennis development for players of all levels.

THE ACADEMY
Located in Zephyrhills, just a 40-minutes drive from Tampa, the Mouratoglou Academy Zephyrhills combines the dynamism of a big city with the tranquillity of an exceptional natural setting. Visitors and residents can also take advantage of a wide range of services, including a wellness centre, a fitness area and complementary activities for a holistic approach to performance.
The Mouratoglou Academy Zephyrhills offers a complete racquet sports infrastructure, including 11 tennis courts, 1 centre court, 8 pickleball courts and 5 padel courts. You can also enjoy 2 beach tennis and volleyball courts, fitness facilities, massage and cryotherapy services.
RESPONSIBILITIES & MISSIONS
In close collaboration with the international COO and Group CEO, your responsibilities will include the following:
· Identify and Target New Business Opportunities: Actively seek out and engage potential clients and partners through market research, networking, and lead generation strategies.
· Manage the Sales: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, maintaining accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
· Team management (2 employees)
· Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
· Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, sport & operations, and other departments to align business development efforts with organizational goals and strategies.
· Provide Market Feedback: Share insights and feedback gathered from clients and market research with the team to enhance our products, services, and business strategies.
· Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs by executing effective business development strategies and driving revenue growth across the Academy offerings
Please note: Only candidates with valid authorization to work in the United States will be considered for this position.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- +3 years of experience in sales/business development in B2C, ideally within the sport industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade
- You have excellent writing skills, with outstanding written and verbal communication in English (for international clients). French You have a strong knowledge of the tennis industry, and you want to talk about it all day long!
- Ideal to have managed a team before directly or • +3 years of experience in sales/business development in B2C, ideally within the sport industry
