The opening of the first Mouratoglou Academy in Florida marks a significant milestone in the international expansion of the Mouratoglou ecosystem and reinforces the group's position as a leader in tennis development for players of all levels.

THE ACADEMY
Located in Zephyrhills, just a 40-minutes drive from Tampa, the Mouratoglou Academy Zephyrhills combines the dynamism of a big city with the tranquillity of an exceptional natural setting. Visitors and residents can also take advantage of a wide range of services, including a wellness centre, a fitness area and complementary activities for a holistic approach to performance.
The Mouratoglou Academy Zephyrhills offers a complete racquet sports infrastructure, including 11 tennis courts, 1 centre court, 8 pickleball courts and 5 padel courts. You can also enjoy 2 beach tennis and volleyball courts, fitness facilities, massage and cryotherapy services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
& MISSIONS
- Train both on and off the court, always respecting the Mouratoglou methodology and philosophy.
- Train according to the standards set by Patrick Mouratoglou and constantly maintain the training methodology.
- Develop the client’s padel and/or pickleball skills: the candidate must demonstrate a great ability to adapt to clients and situations, and to sense, analyse and act accordingly.
- Provide individual coaching sessions, both private and group, with regular and relevant feedback.
- Establish strong and lasting relationships with each player.
- Organise and support events and facilities.
- Be an active member of the Mouratoglou organisation and promote its values.
QUALIFICATIONS
& SKILLS
- Padel and/or Pickleball coaching certificate
- Proven experience in coaching padel and/or pickleball at various levels
- Current level of competition in padel/pickleball, ideally with good sporting results (national ranking, WPT, PPA)
- Passion and willingness to learn
- Ability to build strong and lasting relationships, with a strong commercial understanding and sales skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening)
- Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
