THE MI SQUAD
The Mouratoglou International Squad is looking for an independent contractor to contribute to its ambitious project of shaping tennis on a global scale. With 11 centers and academies across five continents, this mission offers the opportunity to travel, coach in world-class facilities, and share the Mouratoglou methodology with players of all levels.
As a collaborator with the Squad, you will embody Patrick Mouratoglou’s values and contribute to the development of a globally recognized training approach. This collaboration will provide you with a rewarding experience and the opportunity for continuous training in coaching and management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
& MISSIONS
- Train both on and off the court, always in line with the Mouratoglou methodology and philosophy.
- Deliver high-quality coaching services to clients, both private and group, with regular and constructive feedback.
- Develop clients’ tennis skills: the candidate must demonstrate a strong ability to adapt to clients and situations, as well as the ability to sense, analyse and act accordingly.
- Support off-court activities according to business needs, including scheduling, sales, marketing, events, etc.
- Act as an ambassador of the Mouratoglou brand, promoting its values on and off the court
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
& SKILLS
- Tennis coaching certification.
- Proven experience in coaching tennis at various levels.
- Current competitive level in tennis, ideally with a strong track record (national ranking, ITF, ATP).
- Passion for tennis and willingness to learn.
- Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening).
- Strong sales abilities and understanding of business challenges.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT
- Mission duration: To be defined based on business needs.
- Mission location: Mouratoglou centers worldwide.
- Compensation: To be negotiated based on the contractor’s profile and experience.
- Access to tennis equipment (clothing and rackets) may be provided.
- Access to continuous training in coaching and business management.
