The course is designed to offer a complete programme, combining technical training, physical preparation and personal coaching:

  • 4 evening tennis sessions: Each session, lasting 1? hours, focuses on the fundamentals of tennis (technique, tactics and match practice).
  • 1 specific physical preparation session: This 1? hour session focuses on developing essential qualities such as speed, endurance and coordination, to improve overall performance.
  • 1 personalised evaluation report: At the end of the course, each player receives a detailed analysis of their strengths, areas for improvement and recommendations for continuing to progress after the course.

  • The course is aimed at young people aged 8 to 18, whatever their level of play. Beginners will learn the basics, while more experienced players will perfect their technique and tactics.

     

  • Yes, you can enrol your child for several sessions to maximise their progress. Each week is designed to be complementary, with varied content.

  • We recommend that participants bring their own equipment: racket, suitable tennis shoes, comfortable clothes and water bottle. If you need anything else, our on-site pro shop has all the equipment you need.

  • Yes, during the day, young people can take advantage of the academy’s facilities, such as the swimming pool and games room, and take part in activities organised by our activity leaders.
