Yes. Our Adult Tennis Program for beginners is ideal if you’ve never picked up a racket before or are returning after a long break. Coaches focus on technique, footwork, and building confidence through supportive, small-group sessions
The Mouratoglou Adult Program is structured to help players progress quickly, thanks to a proven methodology used by some of the world’s best athletes. Sessions include technical drills, point play, physical training, and personalized feedback adapted to your level and goals.
Absolutely. We offer morning sessions (7:00–10:00 AM) and evening sessions (7:00–8:30 PM), Monday through Friday (except Friday evenings), so you can easily fit tennis into your routine — whether it’s before the day starts or after the office.
It can be both. Some players join for fitness, fun, and social interaction, while others want to compete and improve strategically. Groups are organized by level, so you’ll always train with players who match your pace and goals.
Our team will guide you during your first session or a quick evaluation. Whether you’re a total beginner, an intermediate player, or a match-focused competitor, we’ll place you in the group that fits best.
We recommend bringing your own racket and tennis shoes. However, if you’re new or visiting, we can provide temporary equipment for your first sessions.
Coaching is conducted in Spanish, but many of our coaches speak English as well. We welcome international players and bilingual support is available throughout the program.
