At the Mouratoglou Tennis Center Naples, Tiburón we guide every young player on a path built for progress. From first-time learners to competitive juniors, each child benefits from a structured tennis journey, rooted in world-class coaching and tailored to their age, level, and ambition. 

Set on the Har-Tru clay courts of The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón, our junior tennis programs in Naples offer a premium environment where learning is fun, focused, and inspiring.

All junior programs are structured as a 36-week commitment, running from August 31 to May 28. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability. Please note that Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, and New Year Week are blackout weeks and are not included in the 36-week program.

NEW TO TENNIS

Perfect for beginners. One-on-one training focused on teaching the fundamentals of tennis.

Each child starts with a 30-minute one-on-one evaluation with a Mouratoglou-certified coach, who will design a custom lesson plan aligned with their development timeline. 

Players learn the Mouratoglou methodology and, after approximately 20 sessions, transition into the Junior Development Program.

    Fundamental motor skills
  • Grips, strokes, and movement
  • Age-appropriate equipment and ball color
  • Personalized plan for progression

Junior Development

Designed to train players based on their goals, including competitive JV and Varsity high school tennis, USTA Level 7 events, and UTR match play. Players in this group progress into the Junior Performance Program. 

Key focus areas:

  • Longer rallies and situational play
  • Serve technique and return strategy
  • Shot placement and footwork
  • Mental readiness and match formats

6–8 hours per week

Schedule:
8U: Tuesday & Thursday | 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Tennis for Life: Monday–Thursday | 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Junior Performance

A competitive training structure designed for players competing at national tournament level. This program is intended for committed athletes aiming to pursue high-level and collegiate tennis. Coaches provide regular performance feedback and support players in setting and achieving competitive goals.

Key focus areas:

  • Tournament preparation and match coaching
  • Strength and conditioning
  • In-depth technical correction
  • Strategic planning and mental toughness
     

10–12 hours per week

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM

  • Children can join our junior tennis programs from the age of 6. The “New to Tennis” program is specifically designed for beginners, using age-appropriate equipment and the ROGY method to build a strong foundation in a fun, supportive environment.
     

    • New to Tennis is ideal for beginners and introduces players to the game using the ROGY progression system.
    • Junior Development suits players with some experience and focuses on technique, rallying, and match play basics.
    • Junior Performance is for committed juniors aiming to compete in tournaments, with training three times a week including physical conditioning and strategic coaching.
       

  • No prior experience is required to join our entry-level “New to Tennis” program. Every player begins with a one-on-one evaluation with a certified Mouratoglou coach, who will place them in the program that best fits their level.

    • Session frequency varies by program and is designed to match each player’s level and goals:
    • New to Tennis: Flexible scheduling available Monday through Sunday, with recommended 2 sessions per week
    • Junior Development: 6–8 hours per week, typically spread across 2 to 4 sessions depending on the player’s group
    • Junior Performance: 10–12 hours per week, with training held Monday through Friday, including UTR Match Play on Fridays
    • Each program is structured to ensure consistent progress, skill development, and on-court confidence.
